Weekend Sales Associate - Part Time
Position Overview
We are looking for a warm, polished, and customer-focused Part-Time Weekend Sales Associate to join our Melrose flagship team. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for personal style, and thrives in a boutique retail environment.
As a brand ambassador, you will create an exceptional shopping experience while helping maintain the elevated presentation and daily operations of the store. Weekend availability - specifically Fridays and Saturdays - is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience for every guest.
- Build genuine relationships with new and returning clients.
- Develop product knowledge across all collections, fabrics, fits, and styling options.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Assist clients with styling recommendations and wardrobe building.
- Process sales transactions accurately through Shopify POS.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised sales floor.
- Assist with receiving, replenishment, steaming, and merchandising inventory.
- Support inventory counts and stock organization.
- Prepare online order pickups and assist with client inquiries as needed.
- Represent the Natalie Martin brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
- Assist with in-store events, launches, and client activations when scheduled.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience required (fashion or luxury retail preferred).
- Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident working one-on-one with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience with Shopify POS is a plus.

Availability Requirements
