Warehouse Associate - Full Time

Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate is an integral member of the Operations team and plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, efficient movement of inventory throughout the business. This position is responsible for receiving merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling ecommerce and wholesale orders, processing returns, and supporting the daily operations of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing accurate work, and understands that every shipment directly impacts the customer experience. This individual is dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare ecommerce and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product style, color, size, quantity, and quality before shipment.
  • Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure all packages are prepared according to company shipping standards.
Inventory Management
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against packing lists.
  • Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with inventory transfers, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
  • Participate in cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through careful handling and attention to detail.
  • Process customer returns, including inspecting, steaming, folding, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with labeling, tagging, ticketing, and barcode application.
  • Support warehouse organization by maintaining racks, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Assist with shipment preparation, seasonal inventory moves, and special projects.
  • Break down boxes, dispose of recycling and trash, and maintain general warehouse cleanliness.
  • Identify operational issues and proactively communicate opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience required.
  • Experience in apparel, fashion, or retail operations is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistently dependable.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Shopify or other inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the day.
